- Tickets for sold-out and mobile-only events are often released shortly before the doors open, so we deliver no later than two hours before the scheduled start. Delivery may be an e-ticket, a mobile ticket transfer or a ticketing-account transfer — whichever the organizer allows.
- If the event is cancelled or moved
- If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the amount paid is refunded under the Public Offer. If it is rescheduled, your tickets ordinarily stay valid for the new date.
