Delivery before the event: Tickets for sold-out and mobile-only events are often released shortly before the doors open, so we deliver no later than two hours before the scheduled start. Delivery may be an e-ticket, a mobile ticket transfer or a ticketing-account transfer — whichever the organizer allows.
If the event is cancelled or moved: If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the amount paid is refunded under the Public Offer. If it is rescheduled, your tickets ordinarily stay valid for the new date.
Your order, always visible: Every order has its own page with the current status — the link is in your confirmation email. Unpaid orders hold their seats for a limited time and are released automatically if payment does not arrive.
